Reto #3: Tu frase favorita

'It is what it is. Accept it an move on' 

'Es lo que es. Acéptalo y sigue adelante'

Hoy vuelvo con el reto. Tu frase favorita. Aquí la tenéis, en este tiempo esta se ha convertido en mi frase favorita. Es que me gusta todo de esta frase, de hecho la tengo de fondo de bloqueo del móvil.

¿Por qué me gusta? Por es una frase que te invita a seguir adelante a simplemente seguir. Yo personalmente soy una persona que me cuesta aceptar depende de que cosas. Soy así, muy dependiente o simplemente me apego a las cosas. Cuando cambian, lo paso mal y salir de ese estado  muchas veces me cuesta. Por eso considero que esta frase es buena para mí.

Me invita a aceptar las cosas que no puedo cambiar. Aceptar y seguir. No hay más, no vale arrepentirse, no vale ir de víctima, ni renegar, ni estar pensando en cuando y como lo harás para vengarte o para intentar cambiar la situación. Nada de eso. Solo asúmelo, súfrelo si es necesario, pero ya está. Sigue adelante con la mayor dignidad posible. No hay otra salida.

Todo depende de nosotros. Siempre es así, si yo no me preocupo por seguir adelante nadie lo hará por mí.

Today I return to the challenge. Your favorite phrase. Here you have, at this time this has become my favorite phrase. I just like all of this sentence, in fact I have it in my background blocking mobile.

Why do I like the phrase? Because is a phrase that invites you to just keep going forward. I, personally am a person I find it hard to accept some things. I am so very dependent or I simply attached to things. When they change, I suffer and often it's difficult for me leave that state. So I think that this sentence is good for me.

Invites me to accept the things that I can’t change. Accept and move on. There is no more, not regret, not going like a victim, or deny, or be thinking about when and how you will do it to revenge or to try to change the situation. None of that. Just deal with it, Suffer if it’s necessary, but that's it. Go ahead with as much dignity as possible. There's no escape.

Everything depends on us. It's always like that, if I don’t care about go forward nobody will do it for me.
